Nollywood actress Wumi Toriola has responded humorously to a playful jab from singer Adekunle Gold on social media.

Adekunle Gold, in a post on X (formerly Twitter), drew a comparison between Wumi and Big Brother Naija housemate Imisi, suggesting they share a similarly wild personality.

“Imsi na Wumi Toriola. Awon werey meji”.

Reacting to the comment, Wumi jokingly reminded the singer that she had turned over a new leaf at the start of the year, declaring herself a reformed and gentle lady.

“Big fish, I don repent fah. Since the beginning of this year, na gentle lady I be”.
