Once upon a lonely quarantine night, I was reminiscing on past relationships and I couldn’t help but think about how love can seem so unreal.
In no time I found myself laughing at memories. This was supposed to be a heartbreak song, but I couldn’t help but write a song I knew people could listen to, and at that moment remember their significant other or past lovers and instead of feeling down, would feel happy and laugh. This is a self-care song! A happy one.
