Estranged hubby of Nollywood actress, Lanre Gentry, didn’t appear at the Ikeja Magistrate Court today, Friday, May 5, 2017, as scheduled.

The hotelier was scheduled to appear at the court a case of alleged physical assault brought against him by the Lagos State Department of Domestic and Cexual Violence Response Team.

InsideMainland can report that the suit is different from the case of restraining order pending against Lanre Gentry at the Ogba Magistrate Court.

Meanwhile, reports have it that Mercy Aigbe showed up at Area F Police Station, Ikeja, following invitation by the Police authorities.

An aide of the actress told InsideMainland that “she honoured the Police invitation at Area F after the husband failed to show up in court. I can’t say much now because it is already a court case.”

Earlier today, Mercy Aigbe broke her silence on her troubled marriage since the issue became public knowledge.

The thespian in a direct response to the allegations of mental illness levied against her by hubby revealed that added that she had to come public after she couldn’t endure the constant harassment from him.
